Morganne helped me with Life Insurance policies for me, my wife, and our son. The process was smooth and painless and I sleep better having these policies in place for our family. Laurie is always quick and friendly with a greeting every time I walk in the office. I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs. Fantastic customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and all my insurance needs are well taken care of. Keep up the great work and thank you!"

"I just want to take a moment to share my experience with this company. So many people are quick to leave BAD reviews these days. My experience was the opposite. I was recently looking for some suplimental ('just-in-case') insurance. I contacted the company and spoke with an agent named Morganne. She very patiently walked me through several options. She was extremely knowledgable about their different options and we found the plan that was right for my needs and budget. I thought this was going to be a lot more complicated than it was. Morganne found me exactly what I was looking for. My overall experience working with her was excellent. She even said to reach out if I had any questions or concerns, which I did. She answered them completely. I would absolutely recommend this company, and Morganne in particular."

"Absolutely do not recommend this branch to anyone. Sara Labraaten or anyone in any sort of managerial or supervisory position could not be bothered to contact me regarding check fraud for over $3,000. I canceled a policy with this State Farm branch in August. I inquired about this refund again on 5 November 2024 after still receiving nothing and the only person who could be bothered to contact me is, according to their website, a part time employee who is a primary college student. My check was intercepted, name and address changed, and cashed by someone else in Dallas, TX. State Farm is not issuing a new check, no one will actually help, and they just continue to tell me that State Farm isn't to blame. They're not to blame but won't provide the details or info needed for me to advocate for myself. It is backwards and disgusting how they handle these situations, and I'm supposed to just wait, for months, while two banks fight over who is not to blame, and with zero guarantee I'll be reimbursed. I will never use State Farm again, and I will absolutely never use or recommend this crooked branch to anyone. Shady, disrespectful, and just couldn't be bothered to help."
