"Called up a couple times saying my policy seemed too expensive, kept getting told its normal. Liability with progressive is 1/2 the price, full coverage was less than 1/3. Someone was scamming someone in this deal. I'd steer clear. Update: just got a call from them asking me to remove the review. So let's lay it all out. This office repeatedly lied to me. Told me it's not their fault and it's not their job to be there for the customer. It is what it is. And screw the normal guy. Definitely a messed up God complex in this office. I would never use them. And I'd bet most of these reviews are fake, seems like a bunch of high school girls running a scam. Probably aren't even an actual state farm office. All you will hear is "they are trained to do it this way". Well people can be trained to kill, still doesn't make it right. Maybe you guys should try not lying to your customers and being there for them. Instead of giving me a speech about the prices are high due to covid. That was 4 years ago. Stop scamming your customer base."

"They raised my rates when I never got a ticket or in a car accident, claiming rates were raised because of inflation. Another experience I had was when I cancelled my insurance policy I still got emails wanting payments and a letter in the mail claiming they canceled because I never made a payment. I do not want to look like a deadbeat that doesn't pay his bills and that's how I feel and how it looks to me. I reached out to them and the guy made it sound like it was no big deal. All he said was its in the notes, there was no explanation or a sorry. To me it sounded like he just doesn't care too much about his job."
